Other trademarked brands may be added over time and will be indicated by the use of the ® trademark sysmbol.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is Etex Building Performance Limited of Gordano House, Marsh Lane, Easton-In-Gordano, Bristol, BS20 0NE.
1. Information we collect from you
We will collect and process the following data about you:
1.1 Information you give us
This is information about you that you give us (or our integrated third party secure payment gateway) by filling in forms on our sites or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide, for example when you register to use our sites, subscribe to our service, search for a product, place an order on our sites, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our sites. The information you give us may include, but not limited to, your name, company name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information and personal description.
1.2 The transaction process.
The transaction process will be undertaken using an integrated third party secure payment gateway.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
